Emmett J. Scanlan

Emmett plays Paul in Guy Ritchie’s series MOBLAND for Paramount+ alongside Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren, he has just wrapped filming Season 2. 

He also stars as series regular Owen in Lisa McGee’s new thriller comedy series HOW TO GET TO HEAVEN FROM BELFAST, which is now available to stream on Netflix.  

Alongside this, he stars in the leading role of Adam Fairley in the recently released remake of Barbara Taylor Bradford’s A WOMAN OF SUBSTANCE for Channel 4.

Emmett can be seen in the Harlan Coben, Netflix series FOOL ME ONCE as series regular Shane.

He plays Jimmy Kinsella in BRON Studios’ gangster series KIN opposite Aidan Gillen and Ciarán Hinds, and was nominated for an IFTA Award for his performance.

Emmett will also appear in Guy Ritchie’s IN THE GREY alongside Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Other features include Amazon MGM Studios' A WORKING MAN opposite Jason Statham, directed by David Ayer; and Matthew Vaughn’s ARGYLLE for Apple.

Emmett reprised his role as Billy Grade in the last series of PEAKY BLINDERS opposite Cillian Murphy and Paul Anderson for the BBC and Netflix.

Previously, Emmett played a leading role in three series of THE TOWER (ITV), written by Patrick Harbinson (Homeland), alongside Gemma Whelan.

Emmett played Lobo in the second season of KRYPTON for SYFY and DC Entertainment, and the co-lead role in ITV’s Tony Marchant series BUTTERFLY opposite Anna Friel and Alison Steadman, directed by Anthony Byrne.
